ERS provided on-site Part F testing for this award-winning project, which involved the refurbishment of a four-storey Victorian building alongside the construction of a new four-storey concrete-framed extension. A glazed atrium seamlessly connects the two structures, creating a modern office space managed by The Ethical Property Group.

The refurbishment included extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades, high-performance acoustic and thermal aluminium windows, and a new lightwell to enhance natural daylight in basement offices. The new build features large-span flat slab construction for flexible office layouts, with a high-quality exposed concrete finish.
