Millbrook Park, Phase 6, London

Project Team:

  • Architect: Chapman Taylor
  • Contractor: Bennett Construction

Located in the South Eastern corner of the wider Millbrook Park development, this project transforms a former military barracks and council waste depot in Mill Hill, London Borough of Barnet, into a thriving residential community. Previously home to the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Workshop, the site later served as a Vehicle Maintenance Depot before its redevelopment.

This phase of the project involved the design and construction of 257 fully fitted and serviced residential units, comprising:

  • 17 two-bedroom duplex apartments
  • 240 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms
  • Two residential blocks, each with a podium level
  • Ground-floor commercial and retail units
  • Undercroft parking
  • Extensive external works to enhance the surrounding public realm

We provided Part L, Part F, and Part E consultancy, ensuring the development adhered to UK regulations for energy efficiency, ventilation, and acoustic performance.

This phase plays a key role in the regeneration of Millbrook Park, delivering high-quality homes within a well-connected and thoughtfully designed suburban setting.
