This prestigious project involved the construction of 83 luxury contemporary apartments within a 15-storey landmark building, alongside a 5-storey structure fronting the high street. The latter incorporates 15 affordable intermediate units and A1 commercial space at ground level, contributing to the vibrancy of the local streetscape.

A key engineering challenge was the site’s location—directly over a Network Rail tunnel and adjacent to a London Overground rail station. The project required extensive deep basement works and complex temporary works to ensure structural integrity and avoid any disruption to rail services throughout construction.

We provided Part L and Part F consultancy, ensuring the development met stringent energy efficiency and ventilation requirements, contributing to its sustainability and long-term performance.
