This contract involves the construction of a 373-home single-family housing development in Eddington, Cambridge. Designed to foster a sense of community and sustainable living, the project integrates high-quality residential spaces with a range of modern amenities and shared facilities.

The development is targeting Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 and will be fully compliant with the latest Part L Building Regulations, ensuring high standards of energy efficiency and environmental performance.
