Christmas Hill Business Park, Thame

ERS provided BREEAM assessment and certification for the design and build of 14 warehouse and office units on a previously greenfield site in Thame. The project incorporated sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) with swales, water attenuation storage, and perimeter retaining structures, ensuring flood compensation compliance.

The development included external works such as a new access road, parking areas, drainage infrastructure, and major service installations. The project achieved an ‘Excellent’ score under the Considerate Constructors Scheme, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and best practices in construction.
